how to make a scrollBar using XML file

Does anyone know or have an example of make a scrollBar using an external XML file??

Basically, I want to make a XML text appearing in dynamic text box and be able to scroll down and up the text.

There is nothing special about XML file external text in regards to a scrollbar.

Here is an example of flash xml and a dynamic textbox with scrolling:
http://tupps.com/flash/examples/scro.../demoText.html

You will have to turn off the code that makes it scroll down.
