Hope I’m going about this correctly?

So... My PS skills are pretty dry – for the past couple of years all I’ve really used PS for is re-touching photographs at work/home and I’m seriously jealous of the work that gets done here in the Arena.

I’ve never had a battle before so if anyone’s up for it hopefully some of that skill will rub off on me.

This is way off my normal style and i'll admit not much photoshop was used. But, here is my first return. I'll go a bit more photoshoppy in my next one. Let me know if you can't see the image over the black silhouette.

btw i volley fairly fast but that doenst mean you have to. Take your time. How many rounds are we going??

Ok I just got home and I can't see the face in the silhouette. If you don't mind I would like to make it more visible? Just a slight change.

I said 4 day return just to accommodate. I'll try and get something up a lot quicker than that. (work permitting)

No problem with the return time littleMatt. I don't think there is really a normal round number. Sometimes you go until things get busy and you need to stop. Or you can pick a number. If we pick a number I normally say a min of about 4 (it takes about 2 to really get into it and that seems to be when people start working better with each others styles. A max of like 7. Just let me know, i'm open to anything.

I loved your last image man. I'm trying to stay away from fantasy type images. (a rut i got into) But that image almost made me go in that direction. Anyway here is my return.

My only complaint?
The tape, build it up with a few more layers, lower the opacity to give it a little more translucency.
But thats just me and I know buggerall.

Natsia I was going more for the paper type tape that had be up against pensil hince the greyish color, just a little worn but not to worn look.

Pea3698 - the text on the left side should have been rounded to match the paper a little better, other than that I like it.

littleMatt - er.....uh.....mmmm.....mountains are a tad dark. Seriously, I really, really like this image. Your best.
