Where to post freelance PHP/programming/backend jobs???

I am a photographer, I just posted something to the Freelance section for a job listing I have.
I am looking for someone with PHP/programming knowledge but who also knows Flash.

I am wondering where else (other sites...) that might be a good place to post something like this if anyone has any ideas...?
