Yeah I've definitely seen that exact navigation once or twice before. Aside from that, awesome site.

Runs slow on my mac. Type could use a lot of work, too. I count 5 fonts on the front page, definatly don't need more than 3 ever. The nav is the same as LinoTravel, too, so change that.
Lots of the effects are kind of pointless and feel thrown in to "show off". Namely the rollover in "latest work" and "past projects".
Overall I'd say your weakness is typography and laying it out successfully. If you take a look at TV Spots or Multimedia you'll see that links to each project are sized randomly and placed all over.
It looks like you spent so much time on the flame effects and some of the other little things, you forgot to make it all tie together. Probably the number 1 problem with most websites now (including mine )
It must be obvious day at camp stupid

Well, yes... the site is "cool". Great work, very inspirational. I like the attention to graphic detail throughout. No need to worry about the navigation being similar to the Lino Travel site.. If we were to gather together all of the sites out there that had similar navigation to one another...... (I think you see where I'm going with this.) Besides, that site was also done very well, and stands as inspiration in itself. And Flashlevel is a very inspirational outfit.
Anyhow, the only suggestion I would make would be to make an adjustment to your background image. Modify the edges (at least the left & right edges) of the image so the tiling isn't as obvious. I'm viewing at 1600 x 1200 resolution, and at that width, you can see distinctly where the image ends and begins again. The way the graphic is created, it isn't much as an issue vertically, but the horizontal repitition is quite conspicuous, and stark.
