If I had a panic button on my computer, it would be broken.

Help!!! For the ATI graphics driver, I found on my father's powerbook (which is running tiger) on option in which you can rotate the display. I've got it stuck in the up side down position and I can't figure out how to get it back to normal. It would be fine if it would show everything up side down but it won't even do that. All I see is a few black and white columns that have jagged sides. I'm sorry I'm posting here but I need suggestions and quick!

I fixed the panic button. First I delete/replaced a lot of relevant files. I ate some cookie doe. Then I started it up in safe mode. No problems now.
