"They say this fruit be like unto the world
So sweet. Or like, say I, the heart of man
So red without and yet within, unclue'd,
We find the worm, the rot, the flaw.
However glows his bloom the bite
Proves many a man be rotten at the core."

Hey Nat, I like the concept and balance. I think a few things could have been implemented better though. The apples *could* have been blended a little better with the colour of the rest of the image in order to keep it consistent, and I think the wings could have been done a little better.

Not saying it doesn't look good as it stands, those are just my little nitpicks. Great image, keep up the good work. I've got meetings all day, so I won't have time to work on it, but hopefully within the next few days I'll have a volley up.

Nat, I'm done classes for today. After I get a little bit more of my professional school application done I'll make that volley.

    Sweet

Natsia, Natsia, Natsia... your image is bringing back memories for me.. Did you ever see the Star Trek Deep Space 9, well if you didn't here is a peak. I love that woman, and you just made my day with that volley. Very nice volley indeed.

I dont like her hair. Who is she? And why does she have such funny hair?

No need to rush D, school work comes first.

Jadsia Dax, the spots are the Dax symbiot.

Anyways, I worked a few hours on this volley (putting off the school work :P) and I think it turned out alright. I didn't use any stock for this one because frankly I couldn't find any that fit.

I know it's not nearly my best, as I like dealing with the lighter side of things. I still do hope you guys like it.

DaVulf... I would start with the critiques, but altogether I just have to say that it's not a well-put together image, although I quite get where you were going with the concept.

I think you could have worked it in bit better though, all of the elements.

Yea... I wasn't really sure how to build this in actually. I had a few ideas floating around, but none of them were working with the girl. Because of the way she is situated in Natsia's image, there was a cut-off at the bottom, so I couldn't put her 'inside' the image.

This really isn't the direction that I wanted these images to go, as I'm more partial to the fantastical images. Unfortunately, I couldn't really think of anything else, and it had been days since Natsia's volley.

I'm really sorry about the workability for this Nat. If you want, I can re-do the volley, but I can't guarantee it will be up before the weekend.

Dont worry about it. Half the fun is in comming up with the return, I have a few ideas...
I'll have to give them a shot to see what they look like and post the one that works. I might be a few days though if thats alright for you?

Go nuts with the time. Granted, I have more time on weekends, so if you can get one up by Sunday I could have a return up quickly... Otherwise, it's totally up to you. I'm liking this battle, just not my first and last images.

I guess for now I need to stay in my bubble.

    BUBBLE BOY!!!
    lol.
My time constraints are also pretty much focused around weekends. I dont have one of those jobs that allows you to do your own thing if you have no work to do, they FIND something for you.
And for the records I F***ing HATE excel. Bloody good program put to aboritve uses where I work. /rant.
I have today off. So I'll start working on my return today.
