    As I understand, it's because alot of the Mods are upset about Subway leaving and think he is mostly to blame.

    Apparently there is some big behind the scenes feuding over whether to ban him permanently or not and this is the compramise they reached.

    I'll believe all of this when a mod like EVP / Frets corroborates it. (just someone who wasn't in the middle of it for the most part.)

    This doesn't make any sense why he'd be limited to only two posts per day.
