Are those images all made with photoshop ? Some look like maya 3D graphics and the last one looks like a Particle Illusion image.If its all photoshop , then you must be very experienced !!

90% are made with Photoshop. Been using Photoshop for like 14 years.

Some 3D in the mix... but it's noticeable and sectioned off in the 3D area.

Eagle123123 gerbick's got some good advise. There are a lot of tutorials out there. Like http://www.heathrowe.com/ check it out. You have some good skill, but like all of us there's always room for improvement. Here is my take on it. Mine is also flat, nothing special. News papers are really not my thing, this is the first time I do one so here it goes.

I feel like this one really sucks actually... Nearly as bad as my first volley in the Natsia battle.

Pretty cool manip. The only suggestion would be where the angel comes into the cloud. It is very abrupt. If there was maybe a cloudier look I think it would blend better.You blended the text in well. It would be the same concept.

I hear what both of you are saying. There was something I just couldn't put my finger on, and that's definately it. I'll clear that up for my own 'My Pictures' folder .

I can't wait to see what you come up with Eagle, I'm sure you'll do a nice representation of Hell.

I invented this cool fire effect myself (by accident) and if you want I can make a tut for it.

I'm not really good at fire , at least its better than my first fire image.

Eagle, I start school again on Monday as well, but I might be dropping a course to bring me down to a full course load (I was previously doing overload). That means I have extra course hours to work on things, although im infinately more busy than I am now.

I'm not sure about your return, I know you're trying, but it still comes off as over-filtered to me. It also looks like you just made one side, and then flipped it horizontally. The hand at the top of the screen looks like it hasn't really been masked properly. The rest look like they're just on a difference layer. Again, I think this could have been better if you just would have went for a straight photo-manip like you did for the newspaper. Additionally, the 'Hell' text, as Gerbick mentioned earlier, you might want to try more subtle effects instead of 'Layer Effects Overloaded'. I just think that might make your images look a little cleaner and more professional. If I may, what program are you in and what year? Myself I'm a 2nd year Business Admin student at the University of Western Ontario.
