Load external pages in flash

How would i load an external page on to flash? I want to load http://www.emmawatson.ca/cutenews/show_news.php on to http://www.emmawatson.ca/1.php I googled everywhere for answer but i just can't find it. I tired using this command in flash loadVariables("http://www.emmawatson.ca/cutenews/show_news.php",0); didnt do anything... I'm just really baffled by it >_<

I don't really know what you mean I guess..you want to just Load the whole webpage onto the flash video?
