Already on my list, haven't had a chance to pick it up yet. And I don't even listen to him.

This thread has nordberg written all over it.

moderately...not to the point of referring to him so affectionately as "double-j"

I didn't say that. People in glass houses should not throw stones. Your obvious super-softness to use that double-j term is about the gayest thing I've heard all week. Perhaps you and your emo buddy could cry on each other's shoulders this weekend.

again...read above. I think that your eagerness to find fault in one of my posts has clouded your perceptions. Good luck with that smelly vibrator of yours though.

no i think your eagerness to once again take a shot at me, and then for me to call you on it, makes you feel smaller in the pants. simple fact is double j is a common name for someone whos first name starts with a j... and gasp last name starts with a j.

i could of called him jj.. woulds that have been emo? what about jsquared? emo or just nerdy?

do you even know what emo is? even at all? or do you just like to use the term because we affectionately call wannabe emo?

i picked it up the other day...i'm surprised at how good it is. i thought the songs would be all childish, but they are just like his other stuff. plus, jack johnson is nearly the perfect soundtrack for living in the carolinas...it just sounds right.

Ah, these boys is all swelled up. So this was earlier...getting set to trade. Then, woooaaah differences.

it's nice to see that so many people here are into him. i mean, good music is good music, but this is such a 'i think obscure band X is the coolest thing ever' kind of place, i would have never guessed that so many fkers would be into a guy beloved by thousands of sorority girls.

I got it mainly for the acoustic of With My Own Two Hands with Ben Harper, love them both. I particularly enjoy the recordings they did on the dreadful Carson Daly show.

This isn't go to go down well - I don't like his music.

It's easy listening, coffee table, bland, your mother would like it type music. His lyrics are predictable, the guitar playing is unimaginative and the songs lack depth.

I expect to find several of his songs on 'Starbucks - the Album'
