Random Flash Delay

I am trying to view random flash movies - so that each time somebody lands on the home page a different swf plays. I use a parent movie to call the three children randomely - however there is a delay sometimes and sometimes nothing comes up- particularly when I use the Safari browser - Internet explorer seems to work fine. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Ive just had a look (using safari and ie) and even after refreshing the page about 30 times, I couldnt see a problem. Without actually seeing the problem Im not sure I can help really, sorry.

Thanks stu - however I've tested it on 2 seperate macs with Safari with the same results - if anyone else could test it I would appreciate it - thanks
