Getting a song to play in the background

    Hi,

I am putting together a photo slideshow for my website and I want to get a song to play in the background. I added it as an element. When I put it in the beginning of the events and choose the "play sound" option. It waits for the song to play completely then starts the photos. How can this be done?

    Thanks.

Did you deactivate the hourglass icon (by clicking it until it is raised) next to the play sound event?

A pushed-in hourglass next to an event tells 3DFA that the output SWF should wait until the event completes itself (in this case by playing a sound file linked within the SWF in its enterety) before moving on to the next event.

    Hope that helps.
