Links Are Doing My Head In !!!!

My links are not working on my site, www.mdcfreelance.co.uk and go to pricing, as you scroll down the first link works ok but then as youg o on down it opens up different links.

I also cannot get my contact form to work

Any help would be much appreciated

As far as your contact form is your server using ASP or PHP ?
