need email blast marketing...

I have a client with an opt-in email list which has now gotten a little out of hand from a size standpoint, and I need to find him a good email marketing service. I am looking for:
1) good price
2) reliable
3) someone not on the spam list

Any recommedations?

Of the first few I've looked at www.constantcontact.com seems to fit the bill.

constantcontact is ok..i have used them.. as far as my own prefernce i use listrak.com they allow up to 10k worth the emails free with paid monthly service then charge anything over that.. thay currently are not on any blacklists for ip sapmmmers so give them a try imo better then constant contact
