change MovieClip registration point

AARGHHH!!!!
Im not able to change a moviclip registration point!
I select my MC, Select the Free Transform Tool. A small circle appear (this is the registration point right?) I drag this small circle to te left upper corner.
Registration point changed...

Now i use some action script to place the MC.
test._x=20;
test._y=20;

It looks like AS is looking at the original registration point...!!!

I rarely use the Free Transform Tool. I fix the registration point in the Edit stage where I can set the coordinates with numeric values. Never have any problems.

The circle is the clip's center point, which is different from the registration point. You would need to reposition the contents within the symbol.
