well, it's a graphiti style font (obviously)...and looks like it was pulled from a free font site (it seems inconsitent for a pay for font)....but i have a similar font that's caled Marker-Fat. It's not the same, but you might want to try a site like www.1001freefonts.com and search for graphiti style fonts.

Hmmm... Looks like it's hand drawn to me. The band name is presented like a logo and is slightly different on each of their records. I'd be surprised if it was a common or "free" font.
