How to make text go AROUND in a circle?

Im trying to make a LOGO in flash.. i need the text

"COMPANY SERVICES" to WRAP AROUND my circle shaped logo, where the text starts from the middle half of the circle's left side and ends on the middle right side... can you picture out what i mean?

if it's not too much to ask, please tell me how to do it in FLASH and in FIREWORKS

can it be done in flash and fireworks? them are my 2 main designing applications and i'd hate to add another tool just to do this effect. there's gota be a way to do this at least in fireworks..

Found it. In fireworks select the text and the circle and then select text - attach to path (fireworks help files )

hmm. how do you get the text to go round the other way. like round the half circle down the bottom... attaching to path if i try to do that by ROTATING the text ends up up-side-down when at the bottom.. any "bright ideas?"

Try Modify - Transform, don't know though.

Create the text and then break it apart into a graphic...you can then use the 'envelop tool' to bend the text/graphic so it appears to curve! I've used this to give text perspective before...maybe it'll work for you too!

i could try.. but how do you break them up into a graphic? all i see is COVERT to Symbol.. also where is this envelop tool?

Hit 'ctrl+B' twice to break text apart! The first time will break them into individual text boxes and the second into graphics! Highlight all the 'graphics' together and then select the free transform tool! In the bottom right of the tools panel, under the magnet, you'll see a selection of boxes. The bottom right one is the 'envelop tool'! Click that and you'll get lots of handles to pull and distort your graphics!

Sorry! My bad! Should have been clearer! I only ever seem to use Flash nowadays! Breaking apart text and distorting text in Flash can be frustrating.....you'll be needing the Undo key a lot......but I feel that you can produce some nice results with it!
