Hablo Espanol? Help with continous scroller actionscript

I have been searching and searching for a continous image scroller. I have found one that will work with my flash 8 file. The problem is the comments are in Spanish. What I would like to do is:

1.Have it scroll only if the mouse is over the images.
2.Swap out their images with my images and to know if it effects the code if I have more or less images.
    3. I would also like to change the rollover to do something else like alpha or slightly larger. I know the code for this on a regular button, but not hear.

The .fla can be found at:

Thanks for any help in advance! Been chained to the computer over this

Nmcs = 11; determines how many images there are and you can swap them out in the library. You can also change the number based on your need for images.

Deleteing velo=velobase =1; got it to scroll only on mouseover.

Deleting the function bandfilm got rid of the back ground.

Now I would like to set an onRelease event to each button so they attach and external swf.

I'm also still trying to figure out the rollovers.
