    Converting video on the fly

    I'm looking for a server-based solution that can convert videos to flv's or swfs on the fly. I'd like to be able to run videos in my portfolio through an online "converter". Does such a tool exist already? Thanks

    I believe FFmpeg does this.

    Check out the On2 Flix Engine...it's not cheap though...

    I think ffmpeg is ok, But you must do some work.
