    Rendering, exporting

    hey guys help me out here........i created a square from the square object thing and then i went to the material properties and chose a custom material from one of my pictures and then i added one of those animated effects now when i trying to export it....it doesn't look nothing like how it looks on the scene layout...it doesn't even show the picture on the square ...what do i need to do?

    Which version of the software are you using?

    Make sure the square is in the left viewport and visible. Then make sure you render all frames for an animation. You might want to take a closer look at the manual for the details on how to export and render your animations via the Export/Animation portion of the software and then save that file - usually *.swf - and tweak your settings to make sure it looks right for you.

    It's quite simple, but the left viewport - whichever angle you choose - is one odd portion of the program that initially strikes you as odd, but will seem like nothing the more you use the program.
