Okay, I got a tall order from the department and I don't know if it can be done with Flash. Close your eyes and imagine a flash application that can sit on your desktop and capture video from your video camera. It will be able to crop and size it and save a flv file in a directory on your computer or maybe over on the web somewhere. Can flash import video, and produce a flv file? Its like making a flash application do what flash already does in a way.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me.
