maybe i missed it, but what was so great? i only saw a flash menu with simple onmouseover colour change, and a bunch of broken links. Am i missing something?

if all you're going to use Flash for is text color changes on rollover, USE JAVASCRIPT. i saw nothing cool about this site.

have to disagree with the comment that for rollovers just use java scripting. What I have found is if you want to do animations or roll overs that require javascript you have to use a compatible browser. Also for adding sounds to html, you have to script it or else get something like beatnik action set. But whatever the case the viewer will have to go get the beatnik player to make the page work. Soooo, whether or not you use java, dhtml (which by the way is supported by IE and not netscape), beatnik, or any other thing which may require the person to go get a required player or browser, why not just have them get the flash player because flash can do all of the above things and there's a good chance most people will have it already.

This was a pretty unexceptional site regardless of my spiel on what language to use.

OK, it’s not ugly one but why are they using Flash to accomplish something that can be more easily done with Java and don’t need any PlugIn.
I saw thousands like this one and I don’t see anything exciting about it. This way it’s just another boring one.
