I respectfully ask either Wilbert, Joe or Bret if they could remove the url link from any of my submissions in the Exchange. The link is now dead and I am stepping away from the Koolmoves platform to return to Flash.
It's not a big deal but as it's your Exchange I figured I would offer the opportunity to not have any dead links before a user reports one of the links dead.
I'm going back to being just a regular user of KM who quietly picks up / pays for updates as needed and I wish you all the best.
OK, I and my staff have checked all incomming, but we did not receive your email, Glad that we were able to get the perpitrator removed before he could effect any real harm. Not an issue, lets move on.
No...since most of mine were always pre-checked I assumed it was functioning. I'll take a look today though if you want.
I still say you should also mirror whatever submission you make to the KME also at Flashkit...they do in fact bug check and also run live SWF previews (as well as mention you in the Newsletters here as announcements) so any anomolies are usually apparent in the running SWF they request in the submission form and there must be KM users who hit that who have no idea the KME exists (although I find that hard to believe...but the numbers are completely supportive of that).
The SWF that is inside the package is the culprit. All I did was export a new one into the folder (without changing a thing in the fun file) and it worked fine:
All the mods have to do is smoke the included SWF and package without (after all we assume the user has KM) or create a new and repackage.
