Hi , I'am a newbie of falsh world .

I want to use a Flashkit sound loop for made a Multimedia CD for my client.
He pay me . I must have some kind of agreement from Flash kit or sound loop are free than can i use it with no license ?

You somehow posted this in the Mod Squad Forum which is for Moderator Profiles only.

Anyway, you can use the sounds that you download from this site usually with the implicit understanding that the file(s) are open-source are free to use... they're royalty-free. You can not, however, resale them. That's against the rules/agreement.

Hope that clears things up. And in the future, please pay closer attention to where you post your question(s).

Ok but i don't want resale sound , the sound is a background loop, I sale the multimedia CD ... than must I ask a royalties to flashkit for this ...or I can use sound freely

If you download the track/loop from here..it is free to use in your projects. However, if the source of music comes from aomewhere else (not OPEN SOURCE), then you must get permission
