    does anyone know of a good/free hawaiian or tiki font?

    try dafont.com, they have a lot of theme fonts. not sure you'll find one but it's worth a try.

    i did a quick search there: http://www.dafont.com/search.php?q=hawaii
    the higher the climb, the better the view.
