If i decide i want kids when im older (i dont at the minute) id rather have a son, apparently little girls want EVERYTHING lol, I still se loads of people on FK as teens even though theyve told thier age in this post lol.

That's a dumb thing to say - so if you ever get a girl, you'd be less happy?

Plus, it's pretty sexist. If kids want everything, then you've raised them badly, which has nothing to do with gender.

I have a lot of cousins and in my experience the girls are a lot needier than the boys. I suppose it boils down to that if your 6 year old son wants something then you can say no but if your 6 year old daughter wants something then because shes 'daddies little princess' you feel obliged to shell out on the Barbie with the new hat.

When I say 'you' I mean fathers in general btw, not actually you Fallx.

I think parents give in to girls more than boys and so some young girls get very spoilt.

Like you said its down to parenting issues rather than gender.

No. That would be harsh if i had a daughter and then didnt love her, im just saying apparently they want more stuff (I do agree though parenting probably has most to do with that.)

I dont ever want to be those kind of parent on tv who keep trying for chicldren until they finally get a girl/boy the other children would be upset knowing thier parents didnt really want them.

Are you not 13?, I dont think your the right age to be talking about babys kids sex and having freedom. I was more free at your age than now, it might seem like you are restricted but i wish all i had to do was do a few chors and have everything in my life handed to me on a silver platter... Maby if i work hard enough ill become a millionair and i can have that life, or better :P.

In australia 16 is the legal age for most things accept buying alchole and smokes, but we have the right to drink and smoke on any privet proparty as long as the owner says it ok...

17 was my ideal age, just did everything to extremes and still young enough to recover ( And still young enough to not have a care in the world ).

It was the age I woke up in a police cell covered in my own sick, at 34 it would actually kill me to do that ( Not that I'm over keen to re-live that experience ).

It's amazing what you can do when you're 17, I vaguely remember cycling ten miles home from a night out clubbing, getting home at 4am on a saturday morning and leaving for my weekend job at 6am.

Though these days I can afford a taxi, and don't have to work at the weekend, so I suppose I'm glad I'm 29.

I need less sleep now then when I was 17. Just tonight I only had 3 hours sleep. I can't remember when I last slept more than 6 hours (planning to catch up on a lot of sleep this weekend though). When I was 17, I don't think I could have handled that.

I not think I ever get past 6 hours a night. Even on the weekends I'm up earlier. I guess you get used to less sleep. I recall sleeping in all the time when I was younger.

Gloo pot : That's amazing. You sleep for 12 hours each day? So that's 8 hours of school/wrok, 12 hours of sleep, 1 hour eating and taking bathroom breaks, and washing, so you're left with, what, 3 hours for yourself? I wouldn't be able to live that way personally

I've heard people say you need 6, 7, 8, and 9 hours of sleep, so it probably differs from person to person. But I'm pretty sure that you don't need 12 hours. In fact, I often heard too much sleep isn't that good for most people. Sleeping 8 hours would probably make you feel better and be more productive.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to critize you or change your ways at all. It's probably healthier than my 3-5 hours of sleep per night. Still, I just don't get it

    On topic : still 26

I get about 12 hours 1 night a week. The other days i sleep for as long as i can, if im lucky i might get 12 hours a few nights per week... As you said i have work, school, social life, ect, so it cant always be done. I would get about minimum, 8 hours sleep every night, unless there was a real good reason not to, and depends on what i did the night before, after a heavy drinking night i get up early because im usealy real hungry or needa take piss i have been holding in scince last night, or if i was up till early hours partying or spending time with friends i would sleep majority of the whole next day, up to 15 hours... But thats not always solid sleep, im just to knacked to get up.... *listern to the radio and day dream about stuff*

It has been getting less though, after highschool i had a peirod of 6 months were i did nothing cept work afternoons, I used to sleep crazy amounts back then. Its was more of bordom than needing it.

I normally get to sleep around 3am which apparently isnt good for me but i think my minds gotten used to it, and im still getting A's at school so i cant be affecting me much (I hope). But on weekends i normally sleep from about 10pm - 1pm. yeah. That long.
My friends get peed off though when i do it though because they ring me up and im still asleep. Im just a lazy person.

I like cats, they're much better than dogs. Landlords are somewhere in between.
