Flash Dynamic Desktop Application

I run several email lists. I'd like to have an application created (possibly using Flash Desktop from http://ScreenTime.com or Zinc from http://www.multidmedia.com) that my list members can install where I can then deliver real-time content (emails, blog posts, offers, etc.) directly to their desktops. The content should update on their desktop in real-time.

I would also like the users to register upon first installing the application, and then have the registration information sent to two different email addresses for collection.

I will need several of these created. Although they will for the most part be identical, they will have a different look and feel, graphics, etc.
