    Finding Full-Time Creatives??

    Hi Guys,

I'm looking to take on a couple of full-time staff next year but am having difficulty finding anyone without going through the usual Agent channels.

I know Flashkit has rules against full time vacancies. I have posted on Ultrashock... are there any other obvious sites that i may be unaware of, or any other methods that may be escaping me to hire some quality members of staff... that isn't going to cost me 20% of their salary!

    Phil.

It is Flash Kit's affiliation with www.careerbuilder.com that keeps us from allowing full-time job listings. You might want to give them a shot. Other than that, you could try www.craigslist.org. I don't know the level of expertise you'll attract, but you can target specific cities with your request so you will at least reach local people.

    Hi Phil,

For uk people, these are good:

http://www.chinwag.com/ they have two mailing lists - one flash, one general jobs, both quite popular, agencies use these lists themselves to find candidates.

www.freelancers.net have a jobs section. I think it costs to post, but it's nominal, and they're a busy site (I browse there all the time)

I would HIGHLY recommedn simple going down to your local art school.

And placing a wonted ad on there boards. It works wonders.
