    hi,

    Ok first thing you have to do, is update your flash includes so you wont have to click twice to activate the flash content. Topics can be found on the macromedia website.
    Skip some of the animations and choose 1 style to make your interface more relaxing to look at. First impression is everything. This website looks like a 14 year old flash freak's portfolio and not like a business website. Try to look at some other websites which are used for seeling kitchens and try to compare it and improve your website.

    Well, i kinda agree with kdesign1... Or if you didn't create that site, then i suggest getting a new designer.
