hi, well its a flash site, so i thought it pertinent to post. and yes there is a link on the home page to the afghan stuff, right in the middle, as its the latest work.
i was actually searching another board for info on different flash issue, and saw this board.

the afghanistan photos are really good. really interesting stuff there.
you didn't actually answer the questoin- did you take all of the photos on that site?
just on a side note- this is the photography forum so you can post any of your photos here, it doesn't need to be on a flash site

Great shots 8080. I don't care if you shot them, I want to know what camera you used. Anything that still works in that dust, I want to know about.

Silver, you still don't have a camera? Why not?
-
hi, yeah i shot the photos and made the site.
the photos are shot with a nikon d2x with a 17-35mm lens.
actually the photos were shot over 2 trips. on the first trip i shot film using the same lens and a nikon f100. those film images are all on the second page of images, you have to click on 'view more afghan images' to see them, once you are on the afghan page. the first page are all digital.
the color is off on most of them from the import. i just learnt its best to import images to flash as sRGB, to maintain color accuracy. these images were all adobe RGB. so i may reimport.

Yeah, sRGB is pretty much the standard for digital delivery. I've read you should only use Adobe RGB for print.

One really has to get into your site and navigate it all over...the more I was in the site the more I got fascinated.
Great site with some high class shots...love every "bit" of it
