I think I have to act as the partybreaker here, but somehow I have seen something like tammits footer that everybody is so enthusiatic about already on Wireframe Studio's site:

    http://www.wireframe.co.za/

Check out #3 and tell me I'm wrong.

    Sorry
    Mario

Yep...It is similar, but I already metioned that earlier on. i had been trying to see if I could get the effect right, and when it turned out so well I decided to make it into my footer. Nothin wrong with that right?

BUT...I did give credit to wireframe, and was by no means trying to trick any body. Surf through and you will see it.
Anyway, this is my version, it is different in many ways.I am proud to have figured it out. And by the way...I see repetition everywhere on the web (like your snowflakes that have been done at least ten times on flashkit alone , thgat is why flashkit has all those tutorials, so you can find a concept you like, modify it and use it.

I agree with Tammi on modifying a code concept. Reusable code is all over the web. If you can develop a design that reuses code, yet with modifications make it your own, you are one up on the one who is trying to figure it out without tutorials or help. (yet using books is OK right?) Even if you figure it out on your own, chances are someone else has been there, done that already.

We all learn from each other and that keeps us as a community of flashers! Flash on everyone! And Happy (real) New Year!

hey tammit1971 your footer rocks...but what counts is the right file size and its dimensions...your footer dimensions should be 300x40 and not more that that...
take this seriously or you should be disqualified..

My vote goes to dba or wham. Thats considering this contest is judged with originality in the criteria. I like Tammi's too, but I think the emphasis should be on creating something new and cool, not slight variations of other peoples work.

Why are you all picking on me? I am sorry people made comments on liking my footer; I did not ask them too. Please chill out on me, ok?
