    Troubleshooting

    I have created a site in Flash 8. I have tested it on Mac and PC in different broswers and everything loads fine. I see no problems.

    My client has tested from different locations and has complained about it not loading the background and different images not loading.

    First of all you need to check out swfObject to embed your movie correctly. Maybe the customer doesn't have the proper flash player version, by using the technique above, should solve that.
