Dude, the first thing I notice is the typo:
"Let us asses your workplace"

"asses" is the plural of "ass" or "as" (a Roman coin), you meant "assess". I'd change that quickly

hey,

while I'm at it...

under your "submit email address", you have:
"We respect our client’s privacy."
This implies you have exactly one client. the plural form would have the apostrophe after the "s" as in:
"We respect our clients' privacy."
