I have a bunch of symbols on screen, each symbol is the logo for the various companies we are involved with. When the mouse rolls over the logo, i want a semi transparent version of the logo to popup in the background of the scene. What is the best way to go about doing this?

I have thought about loadmovie, but I dont know how to make this appear behind everything else. I have also thought about telltargets, but I have no idea where to start.

    Any help is good help.

    just a suggestion....

for example: you have 3 logo,
    1.make 4 layer that last for 20 frame(your choice)
    2.at layer2/frame 1: put in logo 1
    3.at layer3/frame 1: put in logo 2
    4.at layer4/frame 1: put in logo 3(assign a stop action here)
5.at layer1/frame 10: put in the background logo for logo 1 and label that frame as 1
    6. at layer 1/frame 11: add a blank frame
    7. at layer1/frame 12: put in the background logo for logo 2 and label that frame as 2
    8. at layer1/frame 13: add a blank frame
    9. at layer1/frame 14: put in the background logo for logo 3 and lable that frame as 3.

after that, just assign action to the 3 logo button so that on mouse over event, goto and play label 1,2,3 respectively.

make sure your layer 1/frame 1-9 is blank.

i might miss some step, try it out, if it doesn't work, post again. I am sure some other people will glad to help you out.

    Hope this help
