Need Flash created (xml and video)

We need a Flash created. It includes the following major capabilities:
- Load images usng an XML file in preloader
- Show a random image that's in the XML file
- Rotate the images that are in the XML file
- Download (or stream) a video when use clicks a button
- Change the shape of a graphics banner when the video starts to play
- Mouse over a button to cause the thumbnails to slide out
