    How do I do this?!

    Okay, so I've seen a website just recently that has a mixed video component that I wish I knew how to do... So I thought I would post the address here and ask for feedback on how to accomplish this technique -- Any help would be appreciated!

    Well it's all shot on green screen. They have a clip of her leaning forward, a clip of her leaning back, and a couple of loops that run while she's forward or back. Then as you move your mouse, they switch clips.
