What are the conditions for using a shareware loop ?

I found a loop on flashkit that I want to use on my website. This loop is mentionned as shareware (electro 0032 by Adrien Gardiner).

Are the conditions the same for all the loop which are in shareware ?
And what are the conditions to use them ?

I have tried to contact the author of this loop but did not get answer, and I have not find where on flashkit (website & forum) I can have an answer (but maybe I have not search enough)

Shareware resources are supposed to be subject to the authors guidelines however the loop that you mentioned seems to be listed as linkware in which case the author requires that you offer a link back to his site which appears to be listed on the resource page here: http://www.flashkit.com/loops/Sales/...7393/index.php
