Top part "popped-in" on me, seemed to be a slow loading site; however the site is quite clean and well laid out. Just a lot of space used/lost up top. But the effect allows that "waste" to be ok due to it supporting the theme and layout of the site.
On the non-home sites, I'd like for the home button to also be the logo perhaps? Having the Home all the way on the right side still works, but just clicking around, I found myself in the History page, I would have to scroll down to read, then scroll back up. While using the scroll wheel, my mouse stayed on the left side. If I were to manually click/drag the scroller, then having the Home on the right works just great.
Just a minor nitpick for a pretty well laid out site.

Its pretty creativity layout that i would give you for that. try fix the banner size. cause you gotta watch out for some users with different resolutions.. if people use 800 pixel your banner will be like half of their screen just always make sure its accessible to any sizes of resolution. since if u reduce the banner size it maybe help the loading time some reason i feel right side of website is little heavy. due the design setup. maybe on the footer you move info to right side and have a little logos on left it would probably balance feeling of website PROPS to you nice site..
