    FLV Hosting

    Im looking for a hosting solution for serving flv videos. Streaming is not a priority as we will be using progressive download mostly. Most flvs will be anywhere between 8 and 24 mb and encoded at around 300 (higher if I can get away with it). Smooth playback back is the priority here. I have looked into heavy hitter CDNs like Limelight and Im sure they can get the job done but I am wondering if there are other options out there that might scale better in terms of current need (and budget). If its not improper to ask here then I'd welcome any suggestions.

    We are using cachefly.com for this site: www.sitevid.com.

    Seems to be working out well for us so far. We tried a streaming solution and just didn't get the consistent smooth playback that we were after.
