    Consuming WSDL services with AS3 - tutorials???

    Ok, I'm using Flash CS3 and trying to get up to speed on AS3 - that's a BIG jump. anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to connect to a WSDL and execute methods against it and get data.

    Are there any tutorials out there for this? Google's not turning up much.

    You probably have to use Flex 2 for this. Here is an example:

    The webservice connector component has been taken out and the PendingCall class does not exist any more in AS3.
