XML.sendAndLoad

Hi,
Any one, please guide me how to handle the request sent by XML.sendAndLoad in ASP.NET using c#

For example:
If I have sent the xml Object <User name="xyz"/>

I would need a response from server as <User name="xyz">Valid</User>
