how can i create this Flash video gallery?

i would like to create this "media center" for a web site. Anyone know where I can get some good tutorials on creating something like this? Adobe.com does not have anything like this.

I bought player from http://www.flvplayer.com with built in list based on XML file.
Very easy to install and they have detailed documentation as well.
