Streaming Video Is a Bit Jumpy

Hi everyone, I'm rather new to streaming video so there may be an easy answer to this question. I am using flash 9 to stream several 38mb FLV files. Some of the users are complaining that the video skips and is a bit jumpy, however on my computer it looks perfect. Any advice on how to fix this? If I am using flash 9 and the user has an older version could this cause problems? Here is a link to the video, let me know how it works for you.

    Thanks

    got the same problem

Hey I have the same problem all do I have to say I just looked at your link and the video looks fine it does not jump at all did you fix the problem? how did you do it? just like you described in my computer I can see the video fine but I tried it in another computer and it jumps and it is not synchronized.
I just imported an AVI to flash, exported the files and saved all the files to the same directory on my server(fla, flv & skin) and that was it.
