seamless integration of stills and alpha video

    Hello,

    http://w3.upm-kymmene.com/upm/forestlife/index.html
was included on the July/August Adobe EDGE Newsletter. The site makes use of alpha video embedded in large complex forest stills.

What is amazing about the use of the alpha video is how on several screens things suddenly come to life in forest images with people on the screen seemingly interacting with what appears to be parts of the still - trees & brush, etc. This suggests a seamless integration of stills and alpha video beyond what is normally found in alpha video application.

Any ideas how they did it?

    James

Green screen effect and flvs with alpha encoding. Take a video on a green screen. Pop out the background. Encode to an FLV with alpha encoding checked. Place a picture in the application. Put the video over. That's it.
While the music played you worked by candlelight
    Those san francisco nights
You were the best in town
Just by chance you crossed the diamond with the pearl
You turned it on the world
That’s when you turned the world around
