simple button problem

I have some buttons animate when on rollover. The problem is when I rollout and QUICKLY roll back in the button "jumps" - basically jus' wacks out.

Please see if you may know wat the problem is. I've attached the .fla

to fix this kind of problems with MC buttons always use an invisible button !,
it's quite an easy one,
I have attached the fixed version of it for you !!!
