I just tried to load an AVI file into the program. It loads okay, but when you try to play or export the movie the program crashes.

Has anyone else run into the problem?

None of the video files that we've tested crash the software. It might just be one particular AVI or AVIs created by one particular program.

In cases like this, please do not post bug reports in the forum, otherwise they will be deleted.

Instead, send a message to the contact address, and we will usually ask for a copy of the offending video file so that we can reproduce the bug and fix it.
