Help with Custom input from simple form. [CS3 prof]

hey gang!
i really need some help with something that is fairly new to me, even if its just a tutorial already out there would be great!
im currently working on the-halfmoon.co.uk
on the Events Page i need some way for the customer to input the events through a normal HTML page possible one that he will have to log into.
any ideas would be great! cheers guys!

if you click twice on the links. It takes you to the history page or the beer menu page.
im sorry if i seem really annoying. Just i dnt want you forgetting them n finding out later once you've coded everything.

ya cheers i know about some of the few kinks left im in my final stages now just ironing stuff out and figuring out a nice way to present the gallery ect.
just need to get this thing sorted fairly soon so i dont have to update weekly its a hell of a job at the moment!
