The rules, captains, premise, and all are forthcoming. As of now, it's just to get enough people signed up, committed, and ready to show off some skill.

We need one more, then I'm shutting off the signup. After that, the announcement of the Red/Blue Cap'n, and then the rules, et al. I think if we'll get that one last person in the next, the announcements will be made going into the weekend and next Monday will be the start.
