Urgent need for Flash resources!

Hi All,

I'm a librarian working on a project that involves compiling online resources for Flash. Because I have little hands-on Flash experience, I figured the best way to find out what is useful to Flash developers is to ask the experts! If you have a favorite website/online resource (or several) that fall under the following categories, please let me know what it is and why you like it, and I'll add it to my list. I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much!

Just to let you know, we heavily discourage any discussion regarding decompilers. While they can be a good learning tool, they are just as often used to pirate the hard work of others.

I didn't know what decompilers were (see how much help I need?), but I think they would just be included as learning tools in the final product. Anyway, no more mention of decompilers, but any other help would be much appreciated.
