    Hi all.

Wow, it's been a long time since my last visit here at Flashkit!

Now I am back to let you know, that I made free versions of two of my soccer games.
You are wellcome to put the games on your website.
Play the games and download the game files at:

    Sumo Sushi Soccer

Thanks for your suggestion, but your Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, especially this:
"and (ii) the right to create derivative works from the Content and the right to sub-license, reproduce, resell, and redistribute the Content, and any derivative works thereof, to third parties in any medium and anywhere in the world without compensation to you."

An additional notice to all who want to use the two games posted above:
You can download the gamefiles at the two links (above). The gamefiles come as a zipped package which contains the game SWF, some JPGs of the game and a readme textfile.

The readme textfile contains the terms of use for the games.
Everyone is welcome to use the games as long as the Terms of Use are accepted. Reselling in whole or partly, sub-licensing, etc. is not allowed for example.

    Thanks

you are more than welcome to upload both to nonoba.com but they will likely not work as we do not currently have a method for you to upload dependency files.
